Luc started his career in a sales engineering role at Siemens, and grew since then into sales management functions towards executive roles at Barco and latest at Qaelum, where, as the Chief Sales Officer, he developed an international sales force, and tripled the business over 3 years time. (2017-2019)

For an extensive period of time, he worked for Barco Healthcare, as a VP Sales for the EMEA region, achieving a total annual business of up to 98 m€. Besides this role, he also successfully realized the integration of Fimi srl into Barco after Barco had acquired the company from Philips, working out of Saronno, Italy.

Luc holds a Master Degree in Engineering, passed Vlerick’s Middle Management School, and took several executive trainings in various international universities such as Tias Nimbas (Shanghai), Vlerick, EHSAL and more.
